Námestovo

CTPark Námestovo is situated on the shore of the Orava dam in the district town Námestovo, situated in the northern part of Slovakia, in close proximity to Poland (20 km) and the Czech Republic (60 km). It is surrounded by beautiful hills of Oravska Magura and Podbeskydska Highlands. Thanks to its location and picturesque nature around, the town has become a sought-after hub of local culture and tourism. The park offers approximately 140,000 sqm of lettable area suitable for production, distribution, logistics or assembly.
