Last year was both challenging and extraordinary for CTP. Remuneration of the Executive Directors

The total direct remuneration of the Executive Directors consists of four components:

1. fixed annual base salary;
2. pension and fringe benefits;
3. an annual cash incentive; and
4. a long-term share-based incentives.

The total direct remuneration mix at target and maximum performance for the CEO and CFO is as follows:
