Key responsibilities:
- Leasing of commercial space & properties in the Polish portfolio
- Taking an active role in negotiation with tenants, as well as on-going relations
- Ensuring completeness of all required documentation
- Preparation of leasing offers, viewings with clients
- Optimizing income for leased spaces
- Regular reporting and updates of the leasing activities progress to relevant stakeholders within the company
Requirements:
- University degree, business-related preferred, ideally in real estate
- At least 5 years of experience in leasing buildings in a similar position as leasing manager (owner-side ideally)
- Proven successful track record in leasing, understanding of all complexities of the leasing process and ability to maintain long-term relationships with tenants
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of CEE market
- Fluent English is a must
